Measuring Rollers
Belt conveyor’s speed rate measure normally takes place with a friction wheel or at the drive pulley. ERBÖ’s measuring rollers contain all the electrical measuring technology within modified idlers that protects the measuring device from soiling and damage.
ERBÖ’s measuring rollers distinguish themselves from being able to be installed in every area of a belt conveyor in place of a current idler. Therefore, neither additional receivers nor holders are required.
ERBÖ measuring rollers are assembled on the basis of our idlers’ traditional proven system and can be used –in accordance with LOBA regulations- in hazardous ex-areas due to their inner electrical NAMUR receivers.
